baroque decoration large shower
My room featured baroque decoration. It was good. the bathroom was comfortable and very clean, and the shower was large with a door that sealed well!

adequate stay, some issues noted
unreliable air conditioning unstaffed bar
the air conditioning in my room was unreliable. It seemed to switch settings without any input from me. this made maintaining a consistent temperature difficult. also, i found that the bar areas, particularly the rooftop bar, were often unstaffed, resulting in closures. it was annoying to find these facilities unavailable on several occasions.

mixed feelings about this stay
broken air conditioning misleading information
the hotel staff were very friendly from check-in, and that was good.
The air conditioning never seemed to work correctly. it was quite annoying. also, the hotel says it has two restaurants, but neither was open except by reservation. That was misleading.

Acceptable stay with some issues
adjoining door air conditioning
The room had an adjoining door this was not ideal I could hear the people next door easily. The noise disrupted my sleep a few times. The air conditioning seemed to have its own settings it was hard to regulate. I found this frustrating I could not get the temperature I wanted.

amazing stay, great location
helpful staff tasty option clean atmosphere
The front desk staff, including ellen, raisa, and mercyline, were very helpful! breakfast included tasty options, and the location made it easy to reach different spots. the roof top leisure pool with bar was amazing. I loved the superb breakfasts. i was happy, the hotel felt clean.

The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. ferries to gozo and the three cities are very close by, and the hotel is situated next to restaurants. It is centrally located to everything.

The hotel provides complimentary towels for the pool. The rooftop pool and bar offer excellent views. the spa area has a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. i loved the relaxed atmosphere.

local goods helpful staff
The hotel's location near the market proved very convenient I could easily explore local goods. The staff at the front desk was helpful they arranged transportation. I also enjoyed the breakfast service it was varied and delicious.
I did find that the rooftop bar was not consistently staffed. Notices indicated closures at times and it required some planning to utilize the facility. It slightly affected spontaneous enjoyment.
