the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight (i loved relaxing there!). the views from the pool area were just amazing. the staff were super friendly and helpful too. i also found the location very convenient for exploring.
the air conditioning in my double or twin room sofa bed seemed to have a mind of its own. i also noticed that the bars were not always staffed. the fitness center had limited equipment (only 2 treadmills, if i remember right).

the air conditioning in my room was unreliable. It seemed to switch settings without any input from me. this made maintaining a consistent temperature difficult. also, i found that the bar areas, particularly the rooftop bar, were often unstaffed, resulting in closures. it was annoying to find these facilities unavailable on several occasions.

the hotel staff were very friendly from check-in, and that was good.
The air conditioning never seemed to work correctly. it was quite annoying. also, the hotel says it has two restaurants, but neither was open except by reservation. That was misleading.

The room had an adjoining door this was not ideal I could hear the people next door easily. The noise disrupted my sleep a few times. The air conditioning seemed to have its own settings it was hard to regulate. I found this frustrating I could not get the temperature I wanted.

The front desk staff, including ellen, raisa, and mercyline, were very helpful! breakfast included tasty options, and the location made it easy to reach different spots. the roof top leisure pool with bar was amazing. I loved the superb breakfasts. i was happy, the hotel felt clean.
The hotel promotes itself with two restaurants. This is inaccurate. the bars had staff sporadically, sometimes the notices at both bars showed that these were closed!

the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. ferries to gozo and the three cities are very close by, and the hotel is situated next to restaurants; it is centrally located to everything.

the hotel provides complimentary towels for the pool; the rooftop pool and bar offer impressive views. the spa area has a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. i loved the relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel's location near the market proved very convenient I could easily explore local goods. The staff at the front desk was helpful they arranged transportation. I also enjoyed the breakfast service it was varied and delicious.
I did find that the rooftop bar was not consistently staffed. Notices indicated closures at times and it required some planning to utilize the facility. It slightly affected spontaneous enjoyment.
